  • Monitoring implementation of Public Service delivery policies, programs and projects being undertaken in the County and evaluating their effectiveness while leading a proactive M&E team;

  • As Liaison of the regional block, I coordinated the development of the Regional Block’s economic blueprint that was adopted as the 6 Counties’ transformational agenda and revamped the regions unified development as Mombasa County became the processing and exporting zone as the port city while the other 5 Counties with vast land were the producers in agriculture, livestock, blue economy, etc
  • As a team, we managed to effectively manage the Mombasa Vision 2035 & Education and ICT department
  • We commendably delivered for the people of Mombasa modern ECDE centers and administered robust Vocational Training bursary system
  • Was among the committee members who were mandated develop County Functional Assignments Restructuring plan in liaison with the State Department of Public Service Directorate of Public Service Management (DPSM)
  • This was a task given to the Deputy Governor by the Governor and we successfully delivered this role and presented a report with the Deputy Governor to the Governor

  • Company Overview: A Constitutional Mandated Board, Nairobi – Kenya
  • Carrying out non-partisan research on Judicial Officers, preparing well-researched analytical concepts and reports and table before the Board for decision
  • Coordinating and participating in relevant technical meetings at the Board, analyzing research data and compiling the reports for inclusion in the statutory reports
  • Development of a database of complaints and complements and preparing reports on complaints analysis
  • Collection and gathering of complaints from the entire republic i.e, County Commissioners’ offices, prisons, universities, and from stakeholders stipulated by the Act; Judicial Service Commission, Ombudsman, Ethics Anti-Corruption Commission, Law Society of Kenya, Kenya Magistrates & Judges Association, among others, and processing them for reporting
  • Analyzing Assets and Liabilities information of Judicial Officers and reporting on their variations and discrepancies to the vetting panel
  • Organizing and handling trainings on the mandate of the Board in order to sensitize the public other stakeholders in the whole country
