Working with a franchise from Veka, Germany, overall administration and coordination of onsite installations. Selected staff members from recognized technical institutions (carpentry). Oversaw training in Germany from woodwork to UPVC profiles. Initiated aggressive hiring push and training of industry-renowned candidates to drive organisational improvements.

Clients included diplomatic missions including British High Commission residences, and others such as Intercontinental Hotel. Own residence windows and doors constructed with same panels hence my

decision to do same on commercial basis.

A company that supplied relief services to South Sudan

during the struggle for independence. Provided agricultural inputs eg fishing twine, seedlings, building and construction materials, basic medical supplies, clothing...

Main donor agencies at the time were Norwegian Peoples Aid (NPA), Lutheran World Federation (LWF), Oxfam, USAID... Developed close ties with South Sudan Nationals, employing a few in this office to introduce computer use, paid school fees for others at nearby schools and high schools.

Responsible for quarterly Newsletter, English & French, obtaining content, data, project progress reports from onsite visitations to same, Editing outgoing reports and correspondence in above languages as required. Coordinating conferences and workshops, regional meetings, Kenya being one of most prominent beneficiaries of planned parenthood, vaccinations.

Reported to New York HQ and part of team that proposed "BIG" expansion of activities in Africa, with Dakar as HQ for French-speaking west.

Coordinated and attended annual conferences on a 5-continent rotational basis. Took notes down for chairperson of each session. Interpreted at meetings between Executive Director and delegations not fluent in English or French. Followed up on departmental for timely inputs for Annual Report.

Handled protocol issues between Kenya Government and sensitive Habitat guests such as PLO, diplomatic work permits via Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
