  • As Operations Manager, Ronald was involved with the management of the firms back office bond and equity activities.
  • As head of operations, Ronald also was the Head of Retail business a task that involves managing over 40 sales agents and 4 branches including 2 foreign subsidiaries. Here the main task is to grow the retail division which has moved from 25 thousand accounts to 180 thousand accounts in the book.
  • He ensured good, efficient, timely settlement and delivery of all transactions undertaken by the firm.
  • Ronald was in charge of all liaison with custodians and fund managers for trading, settlement and contract production.
  • He managed and supervised staffing in the back office and the front office of the firm and ensures compliance with all relevant trading regulations of the firm in relation to settlement of shares and bonds.
