I started off in concierge as a porter whereby i worked for 3 years. I got a chance to learn from the best colleagues and after the management were satisfied that i was fit for the position i was
offered a promotion to be the receptionist. Through inspiration from my colleagues, i was ambitious to scale up even higher, I got interested in training through the night auditing which gave me a chance to hold the night auditor's shifts whenever he would go for his off days or leave days. During inter~department trainings i got an opportunity to train in housekeeping and laundry operations so that i could widen my knowledge in hospitality operations.
