· Head of Sales and Marketing of Surgical and MSFE for Entire Surgical Portfolio includes (Surgical Consumables ,Orthotics and Specialized Surgical) for Kenya Market.
Sales and Marketing: -
· Ensuring the Preset targets to achieve for the organization.
· Ensuring Territory coverage to touch all opportunities on scheduled basis.
· Developing process to obtain leads for the products.
· Imparting Presentation to service and products to fulfill customers’ requirements, Organizing CME to generate awareness about the services offering.
· New Product line introduced in the market through survey tool mechanism and would launching by Jun’23.
· Handling Tynor product marketing and sales in Uganda location.

· Imparting /Organizing Training program me to achieve target.
· Leading, Training and Monitoring the performance of Team Members to ensure efficiency in sales operation and meeting Individual and Group Targets.
· Conducting performance review meeting regularly to enhance the productivity of the team Members.

· Negotiation with foreign import suppliers for supply chain, Logistics, New products, Pricing for the surgical.
