I'm a mental health advocate and psychologist with a niche in addiction counseling, workplace wellness, community-based programs, program implementation and management, and GBV counseling.
I'm goal-oriented, disciplined, and proactive, passionate about mental health, its aspects, and holistic approaches geared towards providing individuals and the community with care and techniques necessary for coping in different aspects of life.
I am well equipped with team building, leadership experiences, communication, interpersonal skills, and also the urge to learn and interact. I possess an in-depth understanding of the legal framework and policy issues that surround community development projects, addiction, and GBV. Able to create, explain, and promote a wide variety of community programs and activities to audiences of all ages and ethnic backgrounds.
• Monitor public opinion about the organization or particular issues.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with consumers,the community, employees, and public interest groups.
• Presenting arguments on behalf of the organization and lobbying other organizations and special interest groups.
• Liaising with the public and responding to inquiries.
• Assist in preparing organization documents such as reports, company profiles, contracts, and submissions.
• Conferring with managers to identify trends and group interests and providing advice on business decisions.

• Provide direct support and care for survivors of GBV and age-appropriate specialized support and care for adolescents, males, and child survivors of GBV, including counseling and case management.
• Ensure the safety of survivors is guaranteed by adhering to GBV guidelines.

• Ensure proper documentation of reported GBV incidences.
• Make routine follow-ups on cases referred to ascertain their wellbeing.
• Participate in awareness-creation and prevention activities on GBV.
• Strengthening referral networks and monitoring the referral path to improve survivors’ access to counseling.
