• Prepared and served hot or cold beverages , including teas and espresso based drinks by using an espresso machine as well as drip coffee for preparation methods .
• Managed and mantained store inventory by ordering , receiving and stocking supplies as well as retail products
• Guiding the guests' selections, maintaining a good working knowledge of the menu and the ingredients of the drinks
• Replenished front of the house items and ensuring proper labelling of goods , pastries and cookies
• Take ownership of accomplishing new and different requests to enhance coffe shop reputation and generate revenues
• Support the manager in running an efficient , professional , safe and profitable operation following all company ethics and standards
• Processing payments, reconciling all the payments at the end of the shift, finishing assigned cashier reports, resolving any inconsistencies, and dropping of reports.

• Greeting and escorting customers to their tables, present the menu and provide detailed information when asked about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies
• Prepared tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses, checked dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and reported any problems
• Informed the customers about the day’s specials and up-selling additional products when appropriate
• Took accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software or by order slips and communicated the order details to the Kitchen Staff
• Ensured guest satisfaction by checking on customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and deliver checks and collect bill payments.
