In my programming experience, I have been supporting strategy development and delivering technical guidance, implementation, M&E, facilitation and dispute resolution to core project teams. I have Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Science from Kenyatta University. I attained an Upper Second Class Honors and a Diploma in Environmental Studies from The Kenya Polytechnic. Currently, I am Practice Manager at CHASP Advisory.

This role entails comprehensive leadership and coordination of consultancy assignments including research studies, evaluations, landscape analyses and targeting interventions. It also involves representing CHASP Advisory in meetings and delivering feedback. Additional responsibilities include organizing data collection trainings and deployment of assignment teams, ensuring teams meet targets and quality standards, developing and executing implementation plans as well as budgets. The role also encompasses reporting, supporting proposal development, fostering organizational learning, conducting needs analysis, and facilitating continuous development initiatives. Effective networking and adaptability to handle additional tasks are also key expectations for this role.

Additionally, I advocate for accessible budget information, facilitate public consultations, and empower communities to engage in budget processes to promote transparency and participation. I also strengthen budget analysis and advocacy through training stakeholders, supporting budget tracking, and fostering dialogue between citizens and government officials. Collaboration and networking with local partners are essential, as I connect stakeholders and share best practices. Overall, my work significantly contributes to transparency, accountability, and citizen participation in county budgeting, leading to fairer and more effective resource allocation.
