This role entails comprehensive leadership and coordination of consultancy assignments including research studies, evaluations, landscape analyses and targeting interventions. It also involves representing CHASP Advisory in meetings and delivering feedback. Additional responsibilities include organizing data collection trainings and deployment of assignment teams, ensuring teams meet targets and quality standards, developing and executing implementation plans as well as budgets. The role also encompasses reporting, supporting proposal development, fostering organizational learning, conducting needs analysis, and facilitating continuous development initiatives. As a Budget Facilitator deployed by the International Budget Partnership (IBP) and Uraia Trust, my role is to empower counties in developing and implementing efficient budgets. I achieve this by creating training materials, conducting workshops, and organizing public events to enhance awareness and understanding. Additionally, I advocate for accessible budget information, facilitate public consultations, and empower communities to engage in budget processes to promote transparency and participation. I also strengthen budget analysis and advocacy through training stakeholders, supporting budget tracking, and fostering dialogue between citizens and government officials. Collaboration and networking with local partners are essential, as I connect stakeholders and share best practices. Overall, my work significantly contributes to transparency, accountability, and citizen participation in county budgeting, leading to fairer and more effective resource allocation.

As a Program Coordinator for Advocacy and Partnerships at RAPADO, i was instrumental in advancing the organization's mission by strategically engaging stakeholders, advocating for policy change, and cultivating partnerships. My duties encompassed leading advocacy campaigns, developing partnerships with NGOs and government agencies, and building strong relationships with donors and community leaders. I also focused on capacity building, monitoring and evaluating advocacy efforts, and conducting policy analysis and research. Through communication strategies and resource mobilization, i worked to raise awareness, secure funding, and drive positive change towards social justice within the community.

As the Program Manager for Governance and Peace building at ACV, I supervised initiatives aimed at fostering effective governance and promoting peace within communities in Migori County. My responsibilities included developing and implementing projects, coordinating with stakeholders, managing budgets, and ensuring project objectives were met. I provided strategic guidance and monitored progress of the Governance and Peace building portfolio at ACV.

As a Child Protection Advocacy Officer at RAPADO , I led advocacy interventions to safeguard the rights and well-being of children. My role involved engaging in external conferences and networking events to represent the organization, utilizing data-driven techniques to evaluate project effectiveness, and conducting investigations into complaints and incidents regarding child protection services.

My roles involved management and operations of children's institutions, ensuring their well-being and development. I served as the primary contact and representative for Living Hope Ministries International within the country. My responsibilities included coordinating programs, managing resources, and collaborating with stakeholders to support the holistic growth and care of children under our care.
