• 30 mailbox users migration from Zimbra to Microsoft 365 for Christian Organizations Research and Advisory Trust of Africa (CORAT Africa), Pan-African, not-for-profit Organization.
• Email infrastructure migration from Cpanel webmail to Google Apps currently Google Workspace Enterprise for Carton Manufacturers Ltd: 45 users. Trained end users and support engineer on Google Apps administration.
• Microsoft 365 and Sophos Firewall configuration, setup and admin training for Odex Chemicals Ltd.
• Primary and Secondary data center storage monitoring and management- HP StorageWorks P2000 G3 SAN Network Arrays. Periodically methodically updated systems firmware. Monitored and troubleshot backup issues on Veeam Replication software.
• Setup and managed Site to Site VPN on Cisco ASA 5540 firewalls bridging Carton Manufacturers Ltd HQ and remote factory site.

• Administered and monitored bank IT infrastructure systems mainly WAN links to branches, ATMs, File Servers, Printers, Active Directory, On-Premise Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365.

• Performed Software Asset Management to ensure compliance and efficient use of software licenses for Old Mutual Kenya, BRITAM, Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) and Sintel Security Print Solutions Ltd.
• Member of consultant team that implemented large-scale user and systems migration from UNIX LDAP to Windows Active Directory at United Nations Offices in Nairobi (UNON) complex in Gigiri.
• Planned, configured and deployed Windows Remote Desktops on Windows Server 2008 R2 and HP thin clients for Kenya Pipeline Corporation - government parastatal.
