Summary

I am a TEFL/ TESOL certified and Pearson ESL trained teacher with 15 years of teaching experience. I am an expert on ESP, EAP, and exam prep courses TOEFL, IBT, IELTS, SAT, GMAT, and GRE. I also have done translation for legal documents and academic purposes since year one of my career. I was involved deeply in creating new programs, developing curriculum and materials, overseeing procedures and administrations. I also helped making business plans, business incubation, business expansion, including overseeing procedures and administrations to make innovative programs, hold successful events, gain insight into management and marketing. I have gathered insights into the world of education as I worked in various positions. As a graduate from faculty of psychology, I am overly logical, pragmatic and utilitarian while maintaining my interest in culture, social sciences, art, religion, and philosophy. My reading reaches management, economics, human resources, research and development and futurology. Also, I am not allergic to mathematics and statistics. Throughout my teaching career, I have a strong approach in teaching logic, analysis and tips and tricks. For these reasons, I have helped thousands of students preparing for their international examination and winning scholarships abroad. I gave consultation to parents regarding their children's progress and study plans. I also assisted the marketing department to hold attractive events for customers. Most importantly, I wrote syllabus, made materials and created programs needed by students to prepare them for a better future. In addition, I took time to aid my fellow workers and subordinates alike to develop personally and professionally. I am a democratic leader and an enthusiastic public speaker. I believe in the potentials of my subordinates. I always try to seek the most effective solution in conflict management and open to input from my staff. I enjoy working creatively in a multitasking environment. I can give good training and staff development and I am keen on researching innovative programs to develop the institution. I am skilled at office applications and I can speak Indonesian, English, French and Mandarin. I am interested in developing my career in the academic field as a teacher, coordinator, manager, R&D, curriculum and material development for educational institutions.
