• Designed and programmed a digital temperature measuring system for capturing temperatures from nine different locations of a fixed-bed combustion device. The uncertainty analysis revealed an accuracy of ±2 ^0C
• Compared the existing shower head designs from different manufacturers for purposes of reverse engineering to assist in developing a competitively new shower head with new CAD models for designs with 24 % lower maintenance costs (suitable for salty or mineralized water) and reduced power consumption
• Conceptualized models, generated Inventor CAD drawings and did flow simulations through enclosures using ANSYS and Inventor software for single-phase and multi-phase modelling to determine the optimum angle of attack in lift systems for stationary and rotary blades
• In one project, I reduced equipment drying time by 25 % and heat loss by 36 % in a heat exchanger after optimization
• Researched biomass combustion, emissions and carbonization of agricultural waste pelletized fuels as a substitute for forest/woody biomass
• Monitored, evaluated, developed and circulated reports on project implementation schedules, maintenance programs, project implementation schedules, the efficiency of machines, equipment performance, and dispatch data.
