4. Loss Prevention

Theft Prevention: Interacting with customers and staff to deter theft. This can involve walking the sales floor or conducting bag checks as per store policy.

Internal Loss Prevention: Monitoring and investigating internal theft, which may involve cash handling, inventory management, and employee behavior.

Policy Enforcement: Ensuring that all staff members adhere to company policies related to loss prevention, such as procedures for handling cash, inventory controls, and security protocols.

Risk Assessment: Identifying vulnerabilities in the store's layout, processes, or security systems and recommending improvements to reduce the risk of loss.

Reporting: Regularly reporting on loss prevention activities, incidents, and the effectiveness of security measures to management.

6. Ensure efficient communications & information flow for all involved organizations and agencies.

7. Support the management of crisis situations.

8. Prepare regular reporting to Senior EU security leadership team.

3. Based on local SOP, facilitate provision of immediate support to personnel involved in security or safety incidents.
