Accomplishments

Led the development of Alternative Dispute Resolution framework for cases reported and investigated by the IPOA, led the team on development of SOPs on Case intake and conferencing for quality review, Team lead on investigations under International Crimes Act, on Post-Election Violence Case -2017 –IPOA; Moreover, during the period 2015-2020 conducted investigations into 56 Criminal Cases, 46% of these are pending before Court or finalized, 20% pending for direction by the ODPP and another 14% closed pursuant to ADR framework.
