1. Employee Relations / Engagement

  • Support in all aspects Industrial and employee relations including investigations; grievances; counseling; welfare, conflict mediation and resolution; disciplinary procedures etc.

2. HR Services Compliance and Projects

  • Implement HR initiatives and ensure factory level activities are aligned to group HR strategy
  • Participate in ensuring HR compliance levels in its processes, and lead in regards to such fundamentals as NITA, HSE, WIBA, BRCG , SMETA ,ETI codes and other people compliance matters.

3. Resourcing & Recruitment

  • Responsible for smooth coordination of end to end talent acquisition life cycle and in line with company policies and practices
  • Assist Managers to develop job descriptions to cover vacancies in their departments whilst ensuring right skills, knowledge and competencies
  • Search and negotiate with different providers (head-hunters, recruitment consultants etc.)
  • Conduct exit interviews and off-boarding
  • Maintain recruitment databases with focus on data integrity

4. Performance Management / Talent Development

  • Support in resolving performance issues and ensuring performance conversations are happening as guided .
  • Work closely with departments to assess training and organization development needs as well as Performance issues.
  • Detect and analyze training needs for each area aligned with priorities and business strategy and create congruent training schedule
  • Coordinate all practicalities with training providers

5. Rewards & Recognition

  • Responsible for recommending, implementing and communicating Compensation & Benefits policies and processes to staff at factory level
  • Work closely with departmental head in ensuring effective annual salary review and bonus plan implementation and communication.
  • Support in preparing wage surveys and analysis within labor market to determine competitive wage rate and to ensure compliance and equity within Bobmil

6. Reporting

  • Ensure congruity in human resource information systems records ensuring data accuracy and compiles reports
  • Prepare error-free reports in timely manner, by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends on monthly, quarterly annual and ad-hoc as required
