  • Analyzes, identifies and resolves both normal and abnormal specimen results based on established reference ranges
  • Properly documents any communicate with licensed clinical staff or requesting doctor about established critical and alert values for all patients
  • Maintains above 90% of turnaround times (< 40 minutes) for lab results sent by the Emergency Department.
  • Advances patient care by urgently and respectfully resolving questions, issues and grievances by physicians, nurses and other clinical staff.
  • Maintains certification with Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologist board (KMLTTB) and currently preparing for ASCP for Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS).
