  • Worked with NGOs like Compassion international Kenya and Churches like African Inland Churches with annual budget of approximately Ksh20M, equivalent to over Ksh, 160M
  • For the 7 years of my administration, I have turned around lives of more than 7000 households through:
    i. Paying of school fees to children in schools
    ii. Paying NHIF for chronically affected families.
    iii. Buying of more 1000 goats for families through sponsor gifts.
    iv. Construction of houses for highly vulnerable families
    v. Providing families with water storage tanks, mattress, beds and mosquito nets

    • Through my strong partnerships strategy I a partnered with Compassion Kenya and Received ksh 3,100,000 through proposal to finance bee hive project that I initiated in 2021. 310
    families benefited. Today these households are making a lot of money through selling of honey
    harvested. Over 700 households have greatly been empowered economically through this project
  • Between 2021-2022. As a project Director, was able to partner with social services offices in Marsabit and
    Meru to register over 30 self-help groups and currently these groups have of ksh15,000,000
    revolving funds for loans through table blanking, community saving and loans(COSALO) and saving
    group ministries(SGMs). This has helped parents in these groups to do much in poverty
    eradication. Many parents have started businesses that earning them living. This has been one of
    my best success stories as an administrator
    2020. COVID-19 RELIEF FUNDS

    From 2015 to date, I strenthened caregiver empowerment by imroving livelihoods of over 7000 households in Marsabit County

    In AUGUST 2018 ,my project becoame position 1 during Compassion PARTNER OF THE YEAR AWARD (POYA)
    • Through series of stakeholder meeting with community elders, Marsabit county Education
    department, Saku District Education officer and 300 parents, I was able to pioneer AIC KARARE
    JUNIOR ACADEMY. This is after realized need for quality education after conducting a baseline
    survey in all ECDE centers in the area. The school started with 70 pupils but now has 420 pupils. It
    is one of the best schools in Marsabit County offering the best quality of learning. It has changed
    the picture of the area.
  • In 2017 ,I PIONEERED AIC KARARE JUNIOR ACADEMY

1.Overseeing a ksh40,000,000 budget between 2022 and 2024 from which the following impact has been realized:

- Ensured 100% transition of all children who did KCPE and KCSE between 2022 and 2023 to secondary schools,polytechnics,technical institutes, colleges KMTC and universities

-Advocating for quality education for the less fortunate in the community whereby 163 children are in Secondary schools ,114 children are in secondary schools ,108 youth are in various technical institutes ,colleges and universities.

2. Strengthened and promoted economic empowerment of 400 households through Saving Group ministries by chicken rearing,livestock farming and kitchen gardening.This increased there income from ksh 250 daily to ksh400 daily per household

3. strengthened partnerships with Compassion Kenya through Smart village initiative offering 60 families with clean water,establishing 100,000 trees nursery bed to promote afforestation and fruit farming as a IGA to the families and kitchen gardening to promote food security

  • 2024: Hosted Compassion International National Sports and Games at Kinoru stadium
  • 2024 : Establshed a ksh6,000,000 Smart Village Initiative at MCK Ntumburi ,a transformative proposition designed to empower communities by ensuring access to vital resources, enhancing food security, and promoting environmental sustainability. This initiative focuses on establishing learning model villages across the country.
  • 2023: Ensured academic transition from from primary to secondary of KCPE class of 2023 and from form 4 to colleges for KCSE class of 2023 by 100% transition .
