• Automate and run the build, test, and deployment of software in AWS • Build and maintain tools, solutions and microservices associated with deployment on the cloud

• Manage code deployments, fixes, updates, and related processes.

• Enable continuous development and integration (CI/CD) and support developers to use the CI/CD pipeline.

• Implement monitoring tools to detect issues, measure performance and provide telemetry for developers.

• Develop operational dashboards and alarms.

• Monitor performance and capacity and introduce solutions to maintain service levels.

• Actively troubleshoot any issues that arise during testing and catch and olve issues before release

• Ensure security good practice is followed in deployment and operations.

• Proactively engagement in the sales cycle, qualifying for sales opportunities, pre-demo needs and analysis of IT solutions and software, Cloud and hardware for several companies but not limited to; Cisco, IBM, Juniper, Microsoft windows server etc.
• Handle entire pre-sales process of presentation, Demo, Proof of concept and IT products.
• Project management.
• After-sale support to clients as L2 support and resolve escalated issues from L1 support.

• Responding to tickets from clients to resolve and troubleshoot clients network (WAN, LAN, and VPNs).
• Researching, diagnosing and finding new and efficient ways to automate support tasks to common problems.
