- Masters dissertation awarded with a distinction. Research topic: Factors Affecting Access to Finance by Smallholder Farmers in Zambia.
- Appointed to the Country Business Forum (CBF) by the Standard Chartered Bank Zambia PLC (SCBZ) CEO in June 2014. CBF is a team that focused on driving pan bank cross-sell opportunities and core product offerings and solutions that could be harmonised.
