• Developing a systematic monitoring framework to improve qualitative and quantitative evidence gathered by projects

• Assisting the M&E manager in development and implementation of M&E frameworks that will ensure tracking of program results at all levels.
• Undertaking data analysis, interpretation and discussing findings based on regular monitoring data using STATA, SPSS and EXCEL.
• Providing technical support on M&E and evidence based recommendations to Monitoring and evaluation manager and partners.
• Support the development and pre testing of monitoring and evaluation tools.
• Assisting in capacity building of programs staff in monitoring and evaluation and train enumerators on use of tools and data collection before surveys.
• Assisting the M&E manager in proposing strategies to facilitate data collection, flow of data and increase its use and demand amongst program staff.
• Undertaking M&E activities and initiatives including management of data quality, tracking progress of program activities, implementation, outcomes and impact.
• Perform regular field visits to ensure projects are implemented according to project design.

• Participated in the successful implementation of OWNH(One world no hunger ) project from 2017 to 2019.
• Developed all the monthly reports, interim reports, annual reports and end of project reports .
• Participated In the successful implementation of the KLIMA project supported by BMZ from 2015 to 2019.

• Ensured compliance with donor requirements through diligent documentation and reporting practices.
