• Managed a European Union-funded advocacy program in Kenya, Tanzania, and Ethiopia, and provided technical support to consortium partners in Zambia, Ghana, and Sierra Leone.

• As an Advocacy & Policy Officer reporting to the National Advocacy Team Lead - Kenya, I spearheaded budget and policy advocacy for Family Planning (FP) and Sexual & Reproductive Health (SRH) across Nakuru, Kisumu, and Nyandarua Counties.
• My role focused on amplifying youth voices, strengthening multi-stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring FP/SRH priorities were consistently reflected in county health policies and budgets.
• Through evidence-based advocacy, I worked closely with technical working groups, committees, and county governments to influence decision-making processes and unlock greater investments in youth-friendly FP/SRH services.
• A key achievement was driving increased county budget allocation for FP/SRH, made possible by equipping youth champions with the skills to engage directly in budget advocacy.
• I also expanded the advocacy footprint by forging strong partnerships with CSOs, youth clubs, and empowerment centers, and by designing and facilitating capacity-building initiatives.
• These interventions not only strengthened grassroots participation but also created a pipeline of empowered youth advocates contributing meaningfully to policy spaces.
• In addition, I provided leadership in project and partnership management, successfully overseeing BMGF-funded programs in Nakuru and Nyandarua, as well as KfW-funded initiative in Kisumu.

• As Project Officer reporting to the Case Management Technical Lead, I had the privilege of driving the implementation of the USAID NILINDE and MWENDO projects in Kilifi County.
• My focus was on advancing health, SRH, HIV prevention, and child protection for vulnerable households.
• I supported 160 households to meet critical health and protection benchmarks, strengthened local child protection systems by establishing a Local Area Advisory Council, and boosted economic resilience by delivering business grants and assets to 165+ households.
• Managing an OVC project budget over two years, I ensured a 98% burn rate rate, guaranteeing that resources were maximized for impact.
• Through coordinated community workforce efforts, we achieved a remarkable 92% viral load suppression rate among children and youth living with HIV.
• Collaboration was key, I worked closely with government ministries, civil society, and grassroots stakeholders to champion social protection advocacy and improve service delivery.
