• Executive accountability for HSE, sites, and facilities across a clean-energy platform serving 1M+ customers. Lead site and safety governance across 2,700+ dispenser points, 150+ fleet vehicles, and 15 offices. Partner with Commercial, Finance, Product, and Operations on growth enablement, infrastructure readiness, and enterprise risk. Trusted advisor to the Managing Director on regulatory readiness, scalability, and license to operate.

• Established Global scalable HSE frameworks during rapid growth, safeguarding 1,000+ employees and strengthening enterprise governance.

Executive leadership role reporting to the CEO.

• Led ESG strategy aligned to IFC Performance Standards, enabling USD 13.5M in growth financing. Supported acquisitions and market entry into Tanzania (8 retail stations). Chaired Contracts Board, influencing capital allocation, technology investments, and supplier strategy. Led diversification initiatives including EV charging, solarization, and QSR rollout.

• Enterprise impact: Growth infrastructure, CAPEX governance, national-scale delivery, and operational ROI.
• Managed KES 13+ billion CAPEX portfolio delivering 72 Shell fuel stations nationwide. Led national retail automation programs for 300+ sites improving uptime, revenue assurance, and customer experience.

• Built strong operational foundation in regulated downstream energy through capital projects, maintenance, and HSEQ governance.
