• Prepare and serve hot or cold beverages, including teas
  and espresso-based drinks by using an espresso
  machine, French press, drip coffee, pour over, moka pot, single brew, as well as cold brew coffee preparation methods.
• Manage and maintain store inventory by ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies as well as retail products.
• Use POS system to accurately enter orders and process payments.
• Recommend products based on solid understanding of individual customer needs and preferences.
• Promote a welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers with a friendly demeanor and promptly addressing their needs.
• Learn special recipe items and seasonal offerings to best meet customer needs.

Calibrating and mastering recipes of various drinks such as espresso such as cappuccino, lattes, brewed coffees such as café au late, red eye, black and dead eye.

Preparing cold drinks such as milk shakes, frappes, smoothies, mojitos’, coladas and iced drinks.

Maintaining cleanliness of the work station at all times.
