 Besides I kept the more than 500 staff houses well maintained on the 300-acre land which had the roads, lawns and forests to the required level.

 I also was able to supervise the electric fencing project around the 300-acre compound to successful completion.

 I was able to supervise the construction of a modern sports center for the school done by external contractors to satisfactory completion.
