Moses Odipo is a business development and banking operations professional with over 16 years of experience in Retail, SME, and Corporate Banking. I successfully launched the Platinum Branch in Nairobi Karen while at KCB, growing assets to Kshs 2.1B and liabilities to Kshs 2.5B, achieving profitability within six months. As Manager of the KCB Business Club, I expanded membership from 1,200 to 2,650 and increased deposits by Kshs 1.7B in one year. I also managed the KCB Non-Financial Services Unit through trainings, networking forums, and B2B benchmarking programs—locally and internationally.
At UBA Bank, I currently serve as the Branch Manager, where i drive corporate, SME, and HNW client acquisition and lead strategic business development and portfolio growth through targeted credit structuring, relationship mapping, and team coordination. I have strengthened client engagement models and built strong cross-functional collaboration with credit and treasury to support sustainable growth and service excellence.
I hold a Master’s in Project Management and a Bachelor’s in Agriculture and is also a TPMA-certified Trainer (IFC).
