- Operating the plant on the SCADA using effective radio communication and updates to the shift manager through the shift supervisor and the shift engineer on the acquired targets
- Inform the shift engineer about the faults and the conditions of the gear boxes, pumps, valves for both pneumatic and hydraulic
- Monitoring the oil temperatures for turbines and coolant and steam pressure as displayed on the SCADA
- Ensure the required set points are achieved at every hour at the end of every shift clearing the lost hours and giving the reason accurately
