Notably, successfully launched Sol Generation Publishing, Sol Generation Records, and Solfest, all, East Africa's premier creative and entertainment businesses using these structures.
  • Ensuring full tax and regulatory compliance for the group of businesses by providing expert advice and undertaking comprehensive compliance measures aligned with national regulations, by-laws, and policies. Additionally, I advocated for industry-specific regulations and policies, resulting in the passing of the anti-piracy amendment with the Copyright Act of Kenya, specifically Section 35B
