- Developing strong customer relations to generate cross selling, up-selling and referrals capabilities
- Attending product trainings to keep ahead on ongoing product and process changes, new products, new processes with insurers and industry overall, etc
- Coordinating exhibition projects and other projects that enhance the Noble strides brand to increase sales revenue and improve business retention
- Ensuring seamless transition and settlement of new policies from business development to underwriting both within Noble Strides and with the awarded insurer
- For medical business the process shall also include confirmation from the insurers once the service providers have been advised
