  • Provided administrative support to the communications department such as planning and coordination of meetings and trainings both virtual and physical, maintaining an events calendar and sending out meetings and events reminders, moderation of monthly brown bag lunches and supporting the creation of presentations, reports and factsheets
  • Press monitoring - conducted daily media monitoring of IPPFAR’s media coverage and reported thematic news on sexual and reproductive health matters to assist the organization stays up to date with grants and funding opportunities and ensure the organization timely responds to any occurring matters related to its work in the region
  • Supported the regular maintenance of contact databases including media, external counterparts, donors, government and NGO partners
  • Content creation – Prepared and edited (using photo and video-editing software) multimedia materials for publication on different social media pages and posted regularly on the different social media accounts
  • Support the development of quarterly and weekly newsletters for circulation internally and to member associations and external partners
