Enthusiastic about the environment and sustainability issues with both academic and professional qualifications. I also have professional experience in Risk Management and Administrative duties with expertise in anticipating professional needs and proactively identifying and resolving problems.
I am a participant in the Vijana na afya project which focuses on Kenyan and German multipliers who work with children and young people. Through the project I have the opportunity to gain insight into youth work in Kenya and Germany and to develop intercultural skills through meeting participants from the both countries and sitting in on youth work in Germany. In addition, the focus of the exchange is on getting to know and dealing with the 17 sustainability goals of the UN - especially goal number 3, health and well-being. In this way, the multipliers develop the ability and willingness to incorporate the topics of health and well-being as well as sustainable development into their work with children and young people in the long term. The project is carried out in cooperation with the Kenyan organization Kenyan Organization for Environmental Education (KOEE).

I have a great reading ethic especially on self help, sustainabillity, nature and autobiographies. My favourite book is
Eat That Frog!: 21 Great Ways to Stop Procrastinating and Get More Done in Less Time by Brian Tracy. It helped me overcome procrastination and be more productive.
