Duties and Responsibilities
➢ Support implementing a set of interventions in climate change adaptation and community livelihoods
development that will bring the most benefit and impact to the beneficiaries.
➢Support in preparing work plans, reports and call downs and ensuring effective management of
allocated resources.
➢Updating and maintaining beneficiary database, progress and flagging out any concerns hindering
smooth program implementation.
➢ Undertaking field visits and call backs to field officers to receive, validate, moderate and compile data
to be shared and discussed by project team during weekly trips.
➢ Ensuring robust monitoring and descriptive of progress in the use of programming tools available in
the organization and partnership efforts.
