• Currently leading the Social Wellbeing and Gender Equity strategic pillar to provide an avenue for women and girls to build resilience and sustainable solutions to the various shocks and risks that increases their vulnerability in social, economic and political avenues of life

• Delivered top-notch support in all stages of the programme cycle (programme development, planning, fundraising, implementation, monitoring and evaluation) within the regions of implementation. During this duration, we closed out one project and i led the design of an extension of the same project
• Managed Y.A.K’s programs and projects, including supporting
  it's Affiliates in planning and implementation of program activities and the successful achievement of program benchmarks within the region
• I led the Identification of technical assistance needed and guided the identification of consultants from the market place that contributed to implementation of annual work plan.
• Led the Research and identification of new funding sources and emerging needs to support programming, administrative and strategic goals.
• Supported communication within the teams and with partners, lead in report writing and development of powerpoint presentations as well as communication resources for social media and website
• Assisted with planning and coordinating day-to-day and special program activities.

• Supported the designing, implementing, monitoring, measuring and exploring avenues to develop and amplify strategic communications across digital platforms that are focusing of young people in Kenya as influencers of social change. This significantly elevated the implementation and digital visibility of the Generation Equality Forum in 2021. Through this work, the foundation was a recipient of the World Association of Sexual Health Excellence and Innovation Award and as well as rich movement of well-resourced young Digital campaigners who advocate against Gender-Based Violence
• I supported the planning for training for youth advocates Campaigns, followup meetings, monitoring and evaluation, reporting and developing avenues to amplify and promote their work in which I was able to see to the mainstreaming of meaningful youth engagement during the Generation Equality Forum and evidence-based youth-friendly approaches across education and information of GBV within practice areas and across the youth involving organizations like UNWomen
• Strengthening the capacity of teenage mothers in the informal areas in Korogocho–Kariobangi through education, information and exposure to avenues that enhance youth participation and leadership in their community development processes. Most of the direct beneficiaries of the programs have applied for mentor positions within the community and now support with awareness and education to peers.
• Lead the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of training, leadership and engagement activities
• Through the #InuaDadaVoicesCampaign, most of the youth advocates are now key informers on GBV with Various digital fronts, which is mainly attributed to the knowledge and resources provided through my leadership
• Preparation of reports and other technical deliverables,including research papers, press releases, social media management activations, trainings and meetings

• I provide award winning communications strategies for brands and companies that are looking to elevate their businesses to reach the right audiences in fundraising and intimate audience engagement. I have supported elevate communications for local Non-Profit Organizations that are inclined to provide social change, influencer brands incorporating social change in their work and offer all communications related products

Youth for Sustainable Development is a chain of Youth Community Based Organizations that champion youth volunteer engagement to foster Youth Led engagement in policy making, economic justice and social participation that advances youth involvement in community solutions as global citizens

• Identified,assessed and recommended intervention measures for the different behavioral difficulties portrayed by different learners within the institution
• Taught English and Literature to form one and two learners
• Mentored and coached the learners to design and implement activities in collaboration with partners and the community. Cultivated youth agency and active citizenship through our daily life skills that championed entrepreneurship and employability even with a criminal record
• Defined and directed learning goals, objectives, critical success factors, milestones, and risks for the learners
• Provided avenues to ensure all learners believe and access learning resources to ensure they bring out the best in them in all areas of learning despite serving term in Prison

• Worked with young Volunteers from the UK in Makueni to Provide Livelihood training to Young people in Technical Training Institutes implementing Youth for Employability and Entrepreneurship program for 3 months to foster an increase in youth engagement in the employment in the informal sector in Kenya
• Supported young deaf people identify and apply for employment and grant funding opportunities through the National Platform for persons with Disability
• Identified policy gaps for persons with Disability within the County Government of Makueni, proposed policy change, provided avenues for capacity building for the young people which later influenced change of policy laws and inclusion of the special groups, evidenced by Presence of Kenyan Sign Language Interpreters in all public offices within the county

• I stewarded a team of fifteen young leaders through an intense and rigorous leadership training that champions for servant leadership values from young people who all actively participated in the learning experience through graduation and are now explicit leaders in various capacities around the world
