Summary

I'm Millie, an SME strategist & coach, Financial Therapist, Speaker, and general creative. I help solopreneurs and SMEs navigate the complexities of business strategy, income growth, and financial management. With a background in entrepreneurship and a passion for teaching, I've coached over 50 individuals-one of whom tripled her income within a year. My approach is practical, relatable, and results-driven. I believe that ethical generational wealth in Africa starts with financial education, yet our formal systems overlook this critical knowledge. That's why I started Millie Money Consultancy-to bridge the gap through coaching, training, and advisory services. My vision? To build a thriving community, integrate financial literacy into early education, and create a go-to learning hub for any Kenyan looking to start or scale a business. I also coach individuals on personal finance and take a therapy approach to offer value-aligned solutions for financial stability and freedom. I'm the person people come to when they want to go from starving artists to highly-paid (and highly-praised) phenomenon in their businesses or when they want to move from negative net worth to high-value individuals. In addition to this, I'm an entrepreneur running two other businesses. Before embarking on starting my own company journey, I worked as a manager in a SAAS company where I gained experience in leading a team of up to 15 people with a focus on process creation, people management, performance management, measuring and reporting on the best tools, processes, and practices in the team.
