Millie Ng'ang'a

Manager
Nairobi

Summary

Strategy is my language. Execution is my love language.

I'm Millie — Co-Founder, entrepreneur, strategist, and the person people call when they're ready to stop playing small.

Over the last 9+ years, I've lived on both sides of the business world — inside a scaling SaaS company where I led teams of up to 15 people, and in the trenches of entrepreneurship, building ventures from the ground up. That dual experience didn't just shape how I think. It built a rare skill set that sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and human potential.

I am wired for systems and scale. Whether I'm designing SOPs, building team infrastructure, selecting the right tools, or turning a client contract into an airtight delivery workflow — I bring order to complexity and structure to ambition. This is the thread that runs through every role I've held, from Supervisor to Manager to Founding Partner.

I am driven by people and growth. I've coached 50+ individuals and business owners, led discovery conversations with corporates and NGOs, co-facilitated leadership training, and helped founders move from financial confusion to clarity — including one who tripled her income within a year. I don't just advise. I equip, hold accountable, and stay in it until the results show up.

I am anchored by a belief that Africa's economic future depends on what we build today. Ethical generational wealth starts with the right knowledge — about money, about business, about how to lead. My academic background in Entrepreneurship, combined with years of lived experience building and scaling, means I don't teach theory. I teach what works.

Today, as Co-Founder at Tasvanna and Leadwell Africa, I bring all of this to the table — building the systems that allow businesses to scale while driving the strategy and relationships that open new doors.

If you're building something and need a strategic mind with an operator's instincts — let's talk.
