From my automation skills, I was able to contribute immensely in my team, which recently won third place in the International Engineering Students Conference at The University of Nairobi.
I also use my automation skills to do DIY projects at home, current one being an automated window wiper to make cleaning of outside window surfaces much easier.
I take part in social activities such as guitar jam sessions to improve my confidence and interactions with people
I, together with a colleague and the International Open Air Initiative, am currently working on a project that involves capturing of carbon dioxide from ambient air.
Take part in school extra curricular activities like being part of the class football team.
Did basic lathe operation, shaper operations and repair of gear boxes.
Partook in welding and fabrication of trailer bodies.
Performed sheet metal operations like bending and cutting.
Took part in the repair and maintenance of tea factory machinery like conveyor belts and tea withering loft fans.
Worked on replacing lagging on factory steam pipes.
Worked in various pumping stations within the company, to repair faulty pumps.

Resin casting involves using epoxy resin to cast small jewellery like pendants and earrings. I partook it as a means of decompressing from busy schedules and also to get some money by selling what I make.
I also play the guitar as a form of decompressing.
