- Specific successes: Listing of Laptrust Imara Ksh. 7Bn I-REIT– walked with the investment team and the Board through the listing process and facilitated a successful application and approval process. Listing of Ksh. 3Bn Linzi Sukkuk which is Kenya's inaugural Islamic Bond listing in the capital markets. Listing of a Ksh. 10Bn real estate fund on the NSE Unquoted Securities Platform. Working on launch of NSE Invoice Discounting platform with a funding pipeline of Ksh. 20Bn for deployment.
