My duties as a Nurse counselor involves:

• Assessing, planning, implementation and evaluating patients care plans in consolidation with the physicians consultations.
• Ensuring tidy and safe environments for all patients.
• Practicing infection prevention and control.
• Referring patients and clients appropriately to different areas and support groups according to their needs.
• Documentation and maintaining patients records and ensuring privacy.
• Responding to patients emergencies when in life threatening situations.
• Health education to all Antenatal mothers and postnatal mothers.
• Screening clients eligible for cervical cancer screening and treating cancerous lesions.
• Offering family planning services.
• Provide HIV counseling and testing services to all Antenatal mothers, postnatal mothers together with their spouses.
