• Ability to lead the development and implementation of the Performance Management System that includes employee evaluation and training plans of staff in the finance department.
• Formulating Annual Training Plan and implementation Program
• Ability to provide in-house training to staff on Financial law Regulations and MTEF Budget
• Experience in the use of Integrated Finance Management Information System (IFMIS) and organizational personnel database.
• Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment with a proven ability to respond quickly, independently and appropriately to competing priorities under tight deadlines
• High standard of written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to analyse and interpret complex information
• Able to deal with highly confidential matters professionally & discreetly
• Proficient in basic IT
