• To ensure and implement strict safety measures as per Acorn SHEQ Policy
• To receive materials ordered by client (Acorn) in proper maintaining laid down procedures.
• To ensure correctness in quality, quantity, specifications, condition of materials received from supplier.
•To stock materials received from supplier properly as to ensure easy access identification, verification, handling, maintenance etc.
• To ensure proper stocking of materials by using appropriate method of care and preservation.
• To ensure smooth issue of materials to other site stakeholders especially Main contractor and subcontractors.
• To ensure accurate accounting of materials receiver and issued.
• To ensure favorable working atmosphere is maintained for personnel loading and offloading from store.
• To ensure that store is always maintained up to date in all aspects in presentable condition.
