• I also built relations with subregional blocks such as the East African Community (EAC), the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), and the Southern African Development Community (SADC) to champion policy and ratify treaties related to older persons, gender and disability, and youth.

• I led capacity building and documented the voices of older people on the impact of inadequate pensions on their well-being, as inLebanon and Palestine.

• Supported humanitarian program delivery and impact (community health and nutrition, community water and sanitation and advocacy, community livelihood and resilience, youth, and environmental conservation) in Tanzania, Uganda, Ethiopia, Somalia, Mozambique, and Kenya, impacting over 6,000 children in refugee camps

• I designed five demonstrative interventions, mainly Centre of Excellence (COE), Gender Responsive Pedagogy (GRP), Sexual Reproductive Health in Schools, and School Management Committee (SMT), that promote girls' enrolment, retention, completion, and transition
• I supervised and implemented multi-country CIDA-funded East Africa Youth Development Programme (YDP), Kenya Secondary School Improvement Programme(KESSIP), USAID funded Secondary education in Mtwara, Tanzania, Hewlett Foundation -East Africa Quality Early Learning (EAQEL)in Kenya and Uganda, Refugee education in Uganda, USAID funded EMACK (Education for Marginalized Children in Kenya) in Kenya, , ECD programs in Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania, and supported the piloting of EGRA and EGMA by RTI in the coastal region of Kenya

• Collaborated with District Centers for Early Childhood Education (DICECE) in Kenya to pilot the integration of health and nutrition in ECD programs in pastoralist communities

• Developed education innovations (Manyatta-Based ECD for the pastoralists, out-of-school program for early learning, stepping transition for girls) and supported scaling up of SPRED and ECD in all districts in Kenya through capacity building and support to partner NGOs and CBOs in program development.
