My research interests span International Economic Law, Restructuring Law, Financial Law, Intellectual Property Law, and Sports Law.

In these areas, I am drawn to deliver actionable solutions that advance international economic cooperation and a sustainable global economy; empower distressed organizations and investors to succeed in dynamic markets, and restructure debt, risks, and capital; and inform policy that contributes to fair play, athlete protection, brand innovation and commercial vitality in sports.
