  • During my tenure as the Acting Clerk for the financial year 2018/2019, I was able to steer the Assembly in attaining a Qualified Opinion Report of the Auditor General for the year ended 30th June 2019. This was realized for the first time since the onset of devolution in 2013.
  • As a Technical Member of the Human Resource Committee at The Society of Clerks at the Table, (SOCATT-K), we Developed and Reviewed County Assembly Career Progression 2020
  • Conducted County Assembly Staff Rationalization and Implemented successfully in November 2018.
  • A committee member at Kenya Institute of Management
  • Operationalized the Integrated Payroll and Personnel Database System by Ministry of planning and Devolution at the County Assembly.
  • Operationalized staff medical scheme and staff uniforms.
  • Secretariat to a Committee which Developed County Public Service Human Resource Policy and Procedure Manual 2015 and ensured that the County Public Service Board adopted the document for implementation at the Assembly too.
  • Lobbied and ensured that Human Resource Manual developed by the SOCATT (K) and internship policy by Public Service Commission was adopted and operationalized at the Assembly.
  • Successfully conducted County Assembly staff audit and ensured implementation of the recommendations.
