  • Support in the implementation of People Operations functions, such as onboarding / offboarding, benefit & compensation administration, talent development,succession planning, employee retention and performance management; and create tools that streamline these processes.
  • Own the recruitment process end to end, i.e, streamlining job descriptions, candidate sourcing, job postings, screening, interview guide preparations, scheduling and coordinating interviews, hiring recommendation reviews and reference checks.
  • Project manage the onboarding process end-to end, from pre-onboarding activities which include sourcing for work tools, collecting requisite information, assigning an onboarding buddy; to coordinating the orientation process from a new team member's first day to 3-6 months into their stay to set them up for success.
  • Liaise with the HR Admin to team to handle all contracting obligations for all staff and consultants.
