I'm a resourceful, flexible individual and confident that my six years' experience and diverse skills capabilities in branch operations officer makes me ideal candidate to fulfil this position. I am currently the branch Operations administrator for Coast branch, overseeing operational roles at the branch from deployment, supervision, generating monthly reports on various aspects including branch monthly payroll reports, leave proceeding and resumption, handling staff grievances and disciplinary case scheduling and hearing among other roles. I have risen from a security officer position, Controlroom controller and currently combine field supervision duties and following up with client's payments for services and systems, I believe I'm an all-round professional at the branch and happy to multitask and perform at the highest standards expected. To that end, I believe my experience would be valuable on how to manage the diverse day to day operations for the Alarm Response section and the larger BM Systems requirements at this important organisation.
