Provided the clinical leadership for medical staffs working in the hospital and to ensure the quality of clinical services provided in the hospital through oversight of an effective quality management and improvement system in the hospital.

Supported and provided relevant device to all site principal investigators in the trial during set-up and implementation. Supporting the chief investigator in
developing all medical content in the Protocol, clinical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and clinical guidelines. Continuously monitored the patient safety throughout the trial by regularly reviewing and responding to pharmacovigilance and other safety data.

Facilitated and managed the local relationship between the sponsor (MSF) and the clinical trial site (MOH) and to ensure that the trial is conducted in compliance with the trial protocol, the trial Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ICH Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and national regulatory requirements.

Led in defining, planning and monitoring the medical activities and programs in the field in accordance with MSF protocols as well as coordinate human and material related resources needed in order to ensure the quality of care provided by MSF

Supervised the medical doctors and the nurse to provide the good quality of services of HIV and Hepatitis C through case discussion, on job training and continuous monitoring.

Supervised the medical doctors in running TB_PRACTECAL project (clinical trial for tuberculosis) through training, conducting the consultation together and participating the medical consilium.

Mentored the mentors in decentralization project of HIV/TB services and implementing the screening and treatment of cervical cancer in four primary health centers.

Assisted or facilitated to set up the project related gender based violence in terms of capacity building in psychosocial support.

Provided the efficient running of theTB program a good level of medical care in TB village by consultation for screening/treatment, reporting and drug ordering and ongoing training/ up skilling of medics in IPD/ OPD.

In charge of clinic activities and provided the services of HIV/STI by treating opportunistic infection, timely initiation of ART and the clinical management of MDRTB patients in pilot project.
