• Coffee cupping, coffee roasting, and roasted coffee packaging.

• Coffee quality assurance, coffee quality controller, stewards/crew recruiting and training, barista trainer, oversees day to day operations of the café, maintaining day to day café's revenue and expenditures report, delegates duties to staff in accordance to the needs of operations, café's stock controller, menu developer, coffee machine setting and maintenance, and customer service associate.

• Barista trainer for newly acquired staff in the company, benchmarking the newly trained baristas to ensure the newly promoted meet the standards required, identifying and developing business opportunities for the java roasted coffee in the current market, conducting retail audits and taking appropriate action to enable coffee sales growth, maintains business relations to the existing clients via regular visits, calls and giving advice, coordinates and participates in trade marketing activities, striving towards deliveries of all planned individual performance, train and motivate customers/clients about roasted coffee, and merchandising in retail supermarkets to ensure maximum sales is achieved.
