I am PSEAH/Safeguarding specialist and Monitoring & Evaluation professional with 4+ years of experience supporting development and humanitarian projects in Kenya. I combine strong monitoring and analytical skills with deep safeguarding expertise to strengthen program accountability, improve protection systems, and support safe, inclusive project environments. In M&E, I design and implement end-to-end MEL systems that improve data accuracy, program learning, and donor reporting. I am highly skilled in quantitative and qualitative data collection, analysis, and visualization using Power BI, Excel, SPSS, and Kobo Toolbox. My work supports evidence-based decision-making and clear performance tracking for project teams and partners. In safeguarding, I specialize in Protection from Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment (PSEAH), case management, SEA/SH investigations, GBV risk assessment, and community sensitization. I have led investigations into sexual harassment and exploitation cases, facilitated countywide safeguarding trainings, and developed tools and mechanisms that strengthen confidentiality, accountability, and survivor-centered response. I bring a blend of criminology, protection, community engagement, and MEL expertise—allowing me to support organizations in both technical and operational capacities. I am also a certified PSEAH Trainer of Trainers and an experienced facilitator, having trained thousands of workers and community members on GBV and PSEAH prevention.
