* Own and drive the end-to-end product growth strategy, aligning business goals with user acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives.
* Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new features, markets, and payment corridors, ensuring successful adoption and revenue growth.
* Design and execute growth experiments (A/B testing) to optimize onboarding, conversion rates, and customer lifecycle performance.
* Identify and unlock new revenue streams and market opportunities, including partnerships, integrations, and new customer segments.
* Drive customer acquisition at scale through digital channels, partnerships, and agent network expansion.
* Build and optimize growth funnels, improving key metrics such as CAC, LTV, activation rate, and churn.
* Partner with marketing to implement data-driven campaigns that increase transaction volumes and user engagement.
* Develop and manage strategic partnerships (banks, fintechs, logistics, real estate, cross-border partners) to accelerate product adoption.
* Own and track growth KPIs and dashboards, translating insights into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
* Lead product positioning and value proposition refinement to improve competitiveness in the cross-border payments space.
* Drive user feedback loops, leveraging customer insights to influence product roadmap and prioritization.
* Spearhead market expansion strategies across Africa and Asia, adapting product offerings to local market needs and regulations.
* Improve unit economics by optimizing pricing, transaction costs, and operational efficiencies.
* Work closely with leadership to define and execute quarterly and annual growth targets (TPV, revenue, active users).
