My responsibilities extended to marketing the organization, and mobilizing investors, speakers, and business owners for capacity-building and networking events to promote their businesses. This multifaceted experience included adeptly organizing hybrid and remote fireside chat events, managing substantial budgets, negotiating sponsorships, sourcing influential speakers, and cultivating new relationships with stakeholders to enhance the chapter’s outreach.
• This hands-on involvement bolstered my confidence and added significant value to my communication and teamwork skills. It showcased my ability to deliver tangible results and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders locally and internationally, all achieved with high autonomy and without constant supervision.
