- My Duties were: Preparation of the annual strategic plan and budget. This included establishing assumptions, spreadsheet modeling, consolidation, analysis, and presentations to key stakeholders in the business;
- Managing the day-to-day implementation of the strategy by coordinating the various functions including, production, marketing, and finance. I ensured that the financial and commercial objectives were communicated and met through a strong collaborative effort;
- Carrying out forecasting on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure that departmental KPIs were being met;
- Kampala Pharmaceutical Industries is one of the largest pharmaceutical manufacturing companies in East Africa and a subsidiary of the IPS group.

- As a result, sales grew from USD 100,000 in 2017 to USD 300,000 in 2019.
