• Increased Physics enrollment from 15–20 learners to 48 by 2017 from a total population of 85 students, posting a mean score of 5.74 that same year
• Successfully promoted female participation in Physics, achieving near gender balance in physics subject enrollment by 2017.
• Introduced and integrated digital instructional tools (PowerPoint presentations, educational YouTube content) to enhance learner engagement and concept mastery
