My goal is to blend Education and Social work dedicated to positively transforming lives and supporting social development. Throughout my career, I have successfully trained students in positive behavioral change, fostering their personal growth and resilience. I have also collaborated with government agencies on performance contracting and compliance, demonstrating my ability to work within structured systems and uphold professional standards. I possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling me to build trust and rapport with inmates, their families, and colleagues. My problem-solving ability and cultural sensitivity help me navigate diverse situations effectively. Additionally, I am highly organized, capable of managing multiple cases and programs efficiently. My passion for social welfare, combined with my skills in empathy, conflict resolution, and collaboration with external agencies, positions me well to contribute meaningfully to the rehabilitation and reintegration efforts within and beyond the prison system. I am committed to promoting the well-being of inmates and others and supporting their successful reintegration into society.
